Cheryl Brown is the Transition Coordinator for Ann Arbor Public School District. She coordinates transition services for student’s pre k-through 12th grade; support for Ann Arbor students that attend Forest School and the Washtenaw Intermediate School District (WISD) programs. Cheryl also works with MRS and other agencies to provide support and services for students transitioning.
Cheryl is a mother of one son. She has taught special education for 14 years at all levelsK-12. Cheryl enjoys advocating for students and works well with her families. She enjoys cooking, baking, traveling and spending time with her granddaughter, family and friends.
